Balloons!

Another card for spring! I hope my sister Ryan likes it. :)

I am also entering my card into a couple of challenges.

First is another Anything Goes challenge from Paper Smooches! (I used the awesome Balloon dies and a sentiment from Chubby Chums.)

 

The second challenge is No. 78 from Lawnscaping: Clean and Simple.

 

 

Here it is! I love how it turned out.

 

 

I used my Wink of Stella clear brush marker to add some sparkle to the stripes on the balloons.

 

 

And I used some Diamond Glaze to add some dimension to the heart balloon. It looks really cool.

Happy Spring card

Sunny and warm in the sixties yesterday, cold and snowy today ... It's nearly spring in Colorado! And it's a perfect time to make a "Happy Spring" card for one of my sisters.

Also, I received an awesome Simon Says Stamp haul today in the mail and thought I'd try out some of the new products (new to me anyway)!

And, bonus(!), I'm entering the card I made into two challenges:

     1. Lawnscaping Challenge #77: Bling It! (my second card entered into this challenge)

 

     2. Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Simon Says Tag It

 



Here it is. (I'm really into rainbows lately.) And it really feels like one of my first Clean and Simple (CAS) creations. :) It is also my first time using Distress Ink. (I love the colors.)

The card may look CAS to me, but I did cover the tag in glitter with my Wink of Stella clear brush marker. I hope it is easier to see in the following photo.

A green giraffe, of course

Unicorn love

Another Paper Smooches challenge! This time, Anything Goes!

I recently got my hands on the Spectrum stamp set and was so excited to use the adorable unicorn. I made this card for my mom for St. Patrick's Day.
