Birthday cupcakes

Wow! I have been working so much so that I haven't created a card in more than two months. That is not good at all.

On my mom's birthday card, I tried a new technique where I colored some white embossing paste to make frosting on one of the cupcakes. It looks pretty realistic. ;)

Let's Toast!

For my brother's birthday, I made a card using a couple of stamp sets from Lawn Fawn's newest release. I love how it turned out. Lawn Fawn is my favorite!

I'm entering my card into the latest Lawnscaping challenge:

I embossed the stars in the background and the sentiment at the bottom.

Here is a closer look. I used my Wink of Stella clear marker brush to add glitter to the happy birthday bubble, but it is difficult to see in the photo. It looks beautiful in person, though!

This last photo didn't show off my card like I wanted it to because of the lighting, but I love it anyway and wanted to share it. :)
